| Once upon a time in a land far far away, a law was enacted. In this
distant land, called UBC, surrounded by verdant forest and sapphire
water, alcoholic events were not allowed to be advertised. The decree
meant that poor students, eager for student-priced mead, beer, and
spirits, were unable to find their way to gardens of joy. But lo! A
great, nameless hero arose, and said: "We may not be able to say BEER
- but we can say BZZR!" And thusly the decree was neutered and
students were joyously again able to find their way to liquid-aided
amusement.
