Winter Hat League 2012
Format
You sign up as an individual or with a friend, and the VUL forms teams (drawing names from a 'hat').
Winter Hat is a great option if you're new to ultimate or new to Vancouver (it's a great way to find a team or players for summer league). It's also our best value: for $25 or less you get 10 weeks of Ultimate - that's only $1 per game!
Game Times and Fields
Games are played on Sunday mornings from 10:00am to 1:00pm for 9 weeks. Your team will play in the same timeslot all season, 2 games each week.
All games will be played at Oak Meadows, Winona, Columbia and Tisdall fields. See the fields page for maps.
Registration
Read the registration guidelines for Hat leagues closely, and then pick one of these options.
You have these options for registration:
• Individual: yourself - $25
• Pair: male & female, or 2 females - $40
• One + One: two males - $50
• Pair + One: at least one female - only $65
If you meet the age restrictions, agree to follow league regulations, and have gathered the required information, you can register online once registration opens.
If you do not have a credit card, you can register in person at the clinic on January 22.
