Skills Clinics

Ultimate can be played by just about anyone, but the more you know, the more fun it is. And luckily the best players are usually more than happy to share what they know about the game.

Cost: All clinics are free for VUL members. Donations are accepted, and money goes to help Junior programs.

Register: First become a member if you are not already, then complete the Consent form for the current event, and then register for your clinic of choice through the Calendar.

Bring: Water to drink, a disc if you have one, and cleats or good running shoes.

Levels: Beginner clinics are for first or second-year players, Intermediate for those who've played for one to three years, and Advanced for those who have played for at least three years.

  • 2. Sunday, Sept 11th-Women in Ultimate at Andy Livingstone W, 7-9PM
  • 3. Tuesday Sept 13th- Beginner O&D at Trillium, 8-10PM
  • 4. Monday Sept 19th- Beginner Overview at Van Tech, 7-9PM
