Skills Clinics

Ultimate can be played by just about anyone, but the more you know, the more fun it is. And luckily the best players are usually more than happy to share what they know about the game.

Cost: All clinics are free for VUL members. Donations are accepted, and money goes to help Junior programs.

Register: First become a member if you are not already, then complete the Consent form for the current event, and then register for your clinic of choice through the Calendar.

Bring: Water to drink, a disc if you have one, and cleats or good running shoes.

Levels: Beginner clinics are for first or second-year players, Intermediate for those who've played for one to three years, and Advanced for those who have played for at least three years.

2. Sun Sep 12 - 6:00-8:00pm -- Beginner Offense & Defense
3. Mon Sep 20 - 7:00-9:00pm -- General Overview (throwing, offense, defense)

2010 Women In Ultimate (WIU) Series

1. Sat Apr 24 - 2:00-3:30pm -- Introduction to Ultimate
2. Sun June 27 - 10:00am-12:00pm - Custom Clinic (tailored to attendees)
3. Sun Sept 13 - 6:00-8:00pm - Custom Clinic

All WIU clinics are for women only.
