* The National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) is a coach training and certification program for sports across Canada. Ultimate Canada is working towards ultimate-specific courses for coaches. In the meantime, aspiring coaches can take 'multi-sport' courses that cover aspects of coaching that are applicable to all sports. Eligible courses are Competition Introduction Part A or Part B. See the Coaches Assocation of BC website for a schedule. To be eligible for this benefit, you must mentor your team on at least 10 nights over the summer.
