Fields for events
Are you a tournament organizer? The VUL can help you book fields in Vancouver.
Application Procedure
To apply, submit the following information to the Coordinator by the appropriate deadline:
• Event name
• Purpose (fun tournament, fundraiser, etc)
• Target audience (youth or adult; coed, women or open)
• Date and times
• Desired location, if any
• Any other needs (equipment, etc)
If you want the VUL to sponsor the event in any way, then also include:
• Expected benefits to the VUL membership and community.
Application Deadlines

Requests received by the deadline will be processed within 2 weeks, and be given priority for sponsorship considerations. Requests received after the deadline will be addressed as time allows, and are less likely to be sponsored.
Note: Touring teams looking to book fields for practices should apply under our touring team policy instead.
