2011 Annual General Meeting - Nov 16
Our 2011 AGM was held on November 9 at Heritage Hall in Vancouver. We had a good turn-out this year with almost 50 attendees, most of whom brought proxies.
The Board presented a strategic plan. Read the summary for more info.
Three motions were presented, and all were passed.
For Board elections, Alex Davis and Carolyn Lefebvre were re-elected and Alex Chu was elected for the first time, all for two-year terms. Thank you to all candidates for putting your names forward, and congratulations to all winners. You can view the full list of directors for the next year.
